You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the sr999 platform. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited are not permitted to register.
Each individual may hold only one active sr999 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances. Account sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Withdrawals require a fully verified account. sr999 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified members using supported Indonesian bank and e-wallet channels.
All promotional offers at sr999 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game-contribution rules detailed in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before rollover completion.
Any form of fraud, arbitrage betting, abuse of bonuses, use of automated betting tools, or collusion with other players constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds without appeal.

By accessing or using any part of the sr999 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with sr999's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) your completion of the sr999 Account registration process; (b) your first deposit of funds into an sr999 Account; or (c) your placement of any Wager on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and sr999 regarding the subject matter hereof. No oral representations made by sr999 support staff shall modify or override these Terms.
Access to and use of the sr999 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active Account:
sr999 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if any eligibility criterion is found to have been misrepresented or no longer satisfied.
To register an Account with sr999, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and valid contact details. You must not use fictitious names, alias identities, or another person's personal details at any stage of the registration process.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the sr999 Platform. If sr999 determines that a Member holds or has held more than one Account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — sr999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated Wagers, and permanently withhold any Bonus Funds credited to those Accounts. In cases of suspected fraud, sr999 may also withhold the Balance pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sr999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sr999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
You are obligated to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your name, address, contact number, or banking details must be reported to sr999 support promptly. sr999 will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods that do not match the verified Account holder's identity.
sr999 is committed to operating a responsible and secure platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete identity verification before withdrawal functionality is activated on their Account. The KYC process may also be triggered at any point during the Account's lifetime if sr999's risk and compliance team determines that additional verification is required.
Members may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
sr999 aims to complete standard KYC review within 24 hours of receiving a complete documentation submission. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may take longer. You will be notified by email or live chat once your verification status has been updated.
If a Member fails to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or if submitted documents are determined to be fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with Account registration details, sr999 reserves the right to suspend the Account and retain funds pending further investigation, or to close the Account entirely.
sr999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and digital e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment methods available may vary based on your account verification status and geographic location within Indonesia.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your sr999 Account. sr999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. sr999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any such third-party fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed by sr999 within 15 minutes for fully verified Accounts using standard payment methods during operational hours (WIB). Withdrawal funds are remitted exclusively to a payment account registered in the same name as the sr999 Account holder. sr999 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard processing hours or involving non-standard verification requirements may take additional time.
sr999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, sr999 may freeze the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by sr999 are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds conditions, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed using the Bonus Funds balance; Real-money funds placed as Wagers do not count towards Bonus Fund rollover completion unless explicitly stated.
sr999 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through systematic abuse, arbitrage strategies, matched betting using sr999 bonuses, or any other method deemed by sr999 to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.
sr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Member has already opted into a promotion and received Bonus Funds, sr999 will honour the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited, provided no abuse is identified.
All Wagers placed on the sr999 Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific game or sport rules applicable to the relevant product. By placing a Wager, you acknowledge that:

Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sr999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any:
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit sr999's liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by sr999's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Where sr999's liability cannot be excluded by law, sr999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sr999 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sr999 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity is occurring through your Account; (c) your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party; or (d) suspension is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.
sr999 may permanently close your Account and forfeit your Balance and Bonus Funds if investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, underage gambling, creation of duplicate accounts, or use of prohibited software. Where funds are determined to be legitimate and no fraudulent activity is identified, sr999 will return the real-money Balance to the Member's verified payment method following completion of the investigation.
You may request closure of your sr999 Account at any time by contacting sr999 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, sr999 will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining Balance will be transferred to your verified payment method after deduction of any pending Wager settlements and applicable processing fees. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
sr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sr999 will provide notice to Members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending notification to the email address registered on your Account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the sr999 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as set out in Section 12.3 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law as applied in the jurisdiction of sr999's licensing authority.
The parties agree that any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised commercial arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits sr999's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity.
By using the sr999 Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legislative developments, and you accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your participation in online gaming is lawful in your specific location and circumstances at the time of use.
